The MOMO return policy requires that the items to be returned are carefully examined before submitting the return request to the MOMO customer service.
To return a defective item, it is possible to do it no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, after that date MOMO will not be held responsible for damage to the goods.
MOMO can decide whether to accept the return or refuse it based on the actual conditions and the careful evaluations of the returned items, they are not accepted as returned items without identification tags or with significant product variations, also they will not be accepted as returned products subjected to washing . The shipping costs for exchange or return in the event that the actual error in processing the order or for defective goods has not been ascertained are charged to the customer.
MOMO has not made any changes to the goods due to incorrect purchase, color or size change by the customer, but only where there has been a confirmed error by MOMO in the order process.
MOMO will exchange the returned goods with goods of the same amount, on subsequent orders. In no case will MOMO refund the amount of the defective goods in a pecuniary manner.
